Of Interest: Comte Audoin de dampierre supervises the blanding of the wine and regularly inspects their development in the cellars in Avize where the bottles remain for four years.
Area of Production: Grands crus vineyards of Avize, Cramant and Mesnil-sur-Oger for the Chardonnay, and Grands Crus and Premiers Crus vineyards of Ambonnay and Cumieres for the Pinot Noir.
