Tasting Notes: Pale golden color, crystal clear.  Crisp floral acidity, delicate fruity bouquet, fresh flavor, lively mousse.  Very well balanced, with supreme Chardonnay elegance. An interesting wine which matures well. Drink as an aperitif or pairs well with shellfish and refined light dishes.

Of Interest: Comte Audoin de Dampierre supervises the blending of the wine and regularly inspects their development in the cellars in Avize where the bottles remain for four years, ensuring a wine of excellent balance and exquisite quality.
