You'll get darker rich color, cherries, black berries, almost a preserve quality of cherries, with a nice long silky velvety finish. This will pair nicely with finer meats like filet mignon, kobe beef, rack of lamb, new york strip, wild mushrooms, and chocolates. It has enough tannin structure to age for five to 10 years.
