This medium-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon displays a deep and lively color with red cherry tones. The nose features cherries and sweet cranberries that intermingle with soft spicy notes, and a final touch of vanilla. The palate is fresh and lively with good acidity and ripe, round, well-balanced tannins for a firm structure.

A velvety smooth Merlot that displays an intense violet color with rich aromas of forest fruits. The wine is medium to full bodied with notes of fresh herbs and spice and a soft rounded finish. The perfect accompaniment to Italian dishes.

This cabernet casts aromas of ripe cherries, cassis and black pepper. On the palate, it shows toasted oak, wild plum and spice. With soft, well-integrated tannins, good acidity and lots of extraction, this medium-to-full-bodied wine has nice balance and complexity. It finishes long with fruit and toast. Serve with red meat sauces, oven-roasted meats, or grilled Portobello mushrooms, eggplant and zucchini. Drink now until 2013.

This wine has a deep red color with blue reflections. Its nose is very pertinent to carmenere highlighting blackberries, raspberries, cherries as well as vanilla and coffee. On the palate this wine has a voluminous attack maintaining this volume during its evolution. It has a long finish with soft tannins completely incorporated in the wine's overall balance.

Deep garnet red. An expressive nose shows fresh red fruits like plums and cherries, accompanied by soft, delicious vanilla and tobacco notes. On the palate it is fresh, with ripe, soft tannins leading a pleasant, slightly sweet finish. Recommended food parings: pastas, chicken, turkey and pork.
