Italian - White

Naturally fermented Spumante from Prosecco grapes, in the Charmat method. Fine and persistent bubbles, fruity and lively sparkling wine.

This wine shows a light straw yellow color, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, pleasing and clean aromas typical of this grape varietal, especially apple. In the mouth it has good balance, good body, intense flavors and agreeable crispness. The finish is persistent with clean flavors of peach, pear and apple. It pairs beautifully with fish-based dishes (pasta, risotto, whole fish), appetizers or even on its own as an aperitif.

Excellent as an aperitif, ideal as an easy drink for light Mediterranean style dishes. Excellent cocktail wine. Prosecco often boasts flavors of delicate pear and toast. Rosa Regale Brachetto d'Acqui is a unique red sparkling wine. Sweet, appealing and aromatic with a hint of rose petals and raspberries. Brachetto may be enjoyed as a delicious aperitif, between-meal or after-dinner sparkler. Marries well with chocolate, especially dark or bittersweet.

The most renowned of the Cinzano sparkling wines. Asti Cinzano is produced from the white Muscat grape in the DOCG area of Asti, at the heart of the Piedmont region. Its sweet and fruity aroma makes it the perfect choice for accompanying desserts or simply for adding a touch of sparkle to any occasion big or small!

Near the southern most tip of Sicily comes this chardonnay-based white, made up of grapes from various clones. The nose is of chardonnay, round and rich. Carricante, a grape from Sicily's Mt. Etna region, adds citrus, freshness, intensity and a brisk quality to the wine. A unique blend. Delicious.

Maso Canali 2005 Pinot Grigio has a brilliant golden color and a full, ripe palate. The nose delivers peach and a surprising hint of honey, and the wine is characterized by enticing tropical flavors of apricot, lemon and pineapple, with floral notes. It is well- balanced with a lovely, persistent finish.

Moscato d'Asti is one of the most sublime and delicate of all desert wines. The name "Nivole," which means "clouds" in Piedmontese dialect, appropriately suggests the wine's airy, elegant quality. The fragrant, intensely fruity bouquet, leads to a refined sweetness supported by an excellent acid balance on the palate, with a suggestion of effervescence in the texture. The finish is clean and crisp.

It is straw yellow in color with a delicate and persistent bouquet of apples and ripe fruit. It is dry and pleasant with excellent structure and aromatic persistence. The after taste is persistent, pleasant and sweet with the hint of ripe fruit.

This wine is perfumed with notes of fresh lychee, pear and white flower floating from the glass. On the palate, the fruit is lifted by the sparkle, and touches of residual sugar add candied essence to the fresh fruit. A "frizzante" - slightly effervescent.

Dry, with a lovely pale yellow color and good clarity. There's a lovely nose full of aromatics, herbs, and minerals on the palate. Explodes with excellent ripe fruit flavors, a superb example of the Grechetto varietal; ripe citrus lead to a racy finish. 100% organic Grechetto grapes.

This wine has loads of bartlet pear and citrus aromas and flavors; very crisp yet elegant and soft on the finish. Very fresh, clean fruit. This Pinot Grigio has a nice, gentle acidity that makes for a mellow finish. Always a good choice.

Friuli has proven to be the most suitable area for the production of high quality Pinot Grigio. A pale straw-colored yellow with a full prominent of fresh hay and wild honey. The taste is dry, flavorful and full with a fruity aroma and an elegant lingering finish of toasted hazelnuts.
