A ruby red wine, deep and intense, with the mark of Chianti, but enriched by Cabernet Sauvignon. It has a complex and elegant perfume, with the scents of ripe red wild berries and well-integrated spices. Soft and balanced, it will leave you with a long and pleasant sensation on the palate. It is excellent with grilled and baked meat and also medium-aged cheeses, especially Pecorino. Will age well for the next 8 to 10 years. 50% Sangiovese and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon. A very elegant Super Tuscan!

The color is an excellent and intense ruby red. The bouquet releases elegant fragrances characteristic thus far in many of the vintages of Luce. The delicate yet distinct fragrances of forest berries and cherries, with underlying hints of cocoa, are complemented by balsamic notes. An elegant wine with perfectly integrated tannins.

The Monte Antico is a medium-bodied wine showcasing dusty aromas with bright cherry fruit flavors and softness. It has the earthy, acidic edge of classic Sangiovese-based wines, but this is a very modern, fruity style. You'll discover loads of ripe fruit flavors, velvety tannins and a long finish. Extremely versatile with any fare from pasta or risotto, to meat, fowl and cheese.

Ornellaia 2003 is a wine that shows the great ripeness of the vintage through its abundant ripe fruit flavours, scents of exotic spices and a rich and generous texture. The important proportion of Cabernet franc and Petit Verdot add complex aromatics and freshness, producing a wine of great harmony and balance. 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, 5% Petit Verdot.

2004 can be considered as one of the major expressions of Ornellaia and represents an excellent example of a classic vintage in Bolgheri. The ideal conditions during the growing season lead to a perfect combination of ripeness, flavour complexity and finesse. The velvety opulence of the Merlot is balanced out by the racy and elegant tannic structure of the Cabernets, which are further amplified by the small addition of Petit Verdot. 60% Cabernet Sauvignon; 25% Merlot; 12% Cabernet Franc; 3% Petit Verdot.

Shows its class. Loaded with fruit. Rich yet balanced, with lots of jammy and plummy character. Full-bodied, with round tannins and a silky finish. In mouth it is simply wonderful, elegant, with sweet and soft tannins, and a persistent end of great satisfaction.

This is the latest addition to Tua Rita's family. A younger, more approachable version of the estate's flagship red, Giusto dei Notri, this wine displays lovely ripe red fruit on both the nose and the palate.
