Made from 100% Raboso grapes, this wine has a red/purplish color with aromas of strawberries and redberries. Nicely tannic and well balanced. Ideal for hors d'ouevres and entrees. Serve this sparkling wine chilled.

A ruby red wine, deep and intense, with the mark of Chianti, but enriched by Cabernet Sauvignon. It has a complex and elegant perfume, with the scents of ripe red wild berries and well-integrated spices. Soft and balanced, it will leave you with a long and pleasant sensation on the palate. It is excellent with grilled and baked meat and also medium-aged cheeses, especially Pecorino. Will age well for the next 8 to 10 years. 50% Sangiovese and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon.
