Naturally fermented Spumante from Prosecco grapes, in the Charmat method. Fine and persistent bubbles, fruity and lively sparkling wine.

Made from 100% Raboso grapes, this wine has a red/purplish color with aromas of strawberries and redberries. Nicely tannic and well balanced. Ideal for hors d'ouevres and entrees. Serve this sparkling wine chilled.

Fresh and satisfying, the unusually fine non-vintage Billecart Salmon is one of Champagne's greatest secrets; no doubt, a top performer! Great with a dozen or more raw oysters.

A blend of 50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier, the colour lives up to the name and is a bright salmon color. Whilst not being the major composition in the blend, the Pinot tends to dominate a strawberry driven palate ahead of a long, long, lingering, finish.

Rosa Regale Brachetto d'Acqui is a unique red sparkling wine. Sweet, appealing and aromatic with a hint of rose petals and raspberries. Brachetto may be enjoyed as a delicious aperitif, between-meal or after-dinner sparkler. Marries well with chocolate, especially dark or bittersweet.

The most renowned of the Cinzano sparkling wines. Asti Cinzano is produced from the white Muscat grape in the DOCG area of Asti, at the heart of the Piedmont region. Cristalino Cava Brut is a sparkling wine from Spain, made from the grape varietals Macabeo 50%, Parellada 35% and Xarello 15%. Fruit forward and balanced. This crisp and bright sparkler offers rich flavors of apples, peaches and roasted almonds, with a clean lemony finish. Produced by Jaume Serra, this lovely sparkler offers a fine alternative to Champagne at less than half the price.
