To achieve the perfect balance of flavor and color for Beringer's White Merlot, the winemaking team gently pressed the Merlot grapes and left the red skins in contact with the juice for approximately three hours, leaving a soft, red-purple hue. The resulting wine is a vibrant blend of fresh berry and zesty orange peel flavors, with a hint of nutmeg.
