The 2004 Concept is a rich, dark purple (not ruby). It has a warm cherry-pie nose, and is fragrant, floral, and spicy. A sweet, round entry is followed by smooth, flowing, very refined tannins—just enough to cleanse the palate. While it drinks well now, the wine will certainly age extremely well. Cabernet Sauvignon 61%, Merlot 16%, Cabernet Franc 12%, Petit Verdot 11%.

The 2004 is a classic Cain Five - Cabernet Sauvignon 45%, Merlot 19%, Cabernet Franc 15%, Petit Verdot 20%, Malbec 1%. Ripe and balanced, with floral notes. It will drink well now and in the next few years, and it should also show well 10 to 15 years from now. This is a firmly structured wine — the nose is discretely subtle. The full, sweet entry fills out to a satisfying mid-palate, leading to a long, smooth finish.

Raspberry, cinnamon, and sweet subtle oak on the nose. Bright cherry fruit upfront tops a cascade of plum, blackberry, cassis, and spice layers in the mouth. Dusty tannins appear at the backend and are supported with nice acidity to keep the wine structured and focused long into the finish.

57% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Merlot, 17% Cabernet Franc, 3% Malbec ~ Luscious vanilla, sweet oak, black currant, molasses/brown sugar/maple aromas. Complex and layered, one may have difficulty removing nose from glass! Medium-full to full bodied with excellent concentration; this offers ripe black cherry, plum and cassis fruit with a beautifully defined mid-palate and a well structured finish with youthful tannins. The 2006 Cotes du Crow's shows ripe blackberry and vanilla tinged Syrah fruit, with classic strawberry/rhubarb Grenache notes on the nose and palate. The wine is full-bodied and is the most powerful Crow's released to date. The 2006 Crow's is 55% Syrah and 45% Grenache.

A blend of 42% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Syrah, 23% Merlot and 2% Petit Verdot. This wine comes alive in the glass with vibrant dark fruited aromas. Flavors of black cherry jam and allspice, with luscious notes of boysenberry, ripe plum and toasted oak. Full-bodied with a long finish on the palate. The tannins are well pronounced yet in great balance with the substantial fruit.
