The 2002 vintage produced a concentrated wine with aromas of plum, black currant, earth, and a hint of mint surrounded by toasty French oak. 24 months in French oak barrels gives this wine balance and an elegant finish.

With aromas of blackberry and mild oak, this is a full-bodied, rich wine of unmistakable depth and elegance. Layers of berry, currant, and anise flavors linger on the finish. Best served with cheeses/ pizza, meat, veal and chicken .

This wine has a deep color and a classic Syrah aroma of green & black peppercorn combined with a woodsy and pine character. The 2004 Concept is a rich, dark purple (not ruby). It has a warm cherry-pie nose, and is fragrant, floral, and spicy. A sweet, round entry is followed by smooth, flowing, very refined tannins—just enough to cleanse the palate. While it drinks well now, the wine will certainly age extremely well. Cabernet Sauvignon 61%, Merlot 16%, Cabernet Franc 12%, Petit Verdot 11%.

The 2004 is a classic Cain Five - Cabernet Sauvignon 45%, Merlot 19%, Cabernet Franc 15%, Petit Verdot 20%, Malbec 1%. Ripe and balanced, with floral notes. It will drink well now and in the next few years, and it should also show well 10 to 15 years from now. This is a firmly structured wine — the nose is discretely subtle. The full, sweet entry fills out to a satisfying mid-palate, leading to a long, smooth finish.
