Sales Tax:
7.25% sales tax will be charged to all orders shipping to a California address.
Delivery
In-stock items will be shipped within 72 hours and will be shipped via FedEx Ground unless arranged otherwise. Shipping time is generally 2 weeks on out-of-stock items.
Age and State Limitations:
You must be AGE 21 or older to order and receive wine. We ship wine to states that allow shipping.
Payment Options:
For on-line sales, payment may be made with Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Refund Policy:
In California, once wine is sold it is illegal to return except for defects. Wine purchased in bottles or packaging which is defective may be returned for CREDIT or replacement within thirty (30) days of purchase. Returned wine MUST be accompanied with a receipt from Terranova Fine Wines.
